Mission Galveston News Letter
Mission Galveston is a ministry of the Galveston Baptist Association, established in 1998 with a few volunteers and $100. Mission Galveston’s purpose is to assist low income families with their spiritual and their physical needs by doing the work of Christ through prayer, counseling and non-perishable food distribution.
Mission Galveston food distribution presently operates in Santa Fe, TX at 4002 Cark St. at Rockview Church from 10am till noon on the 1st Saturday each month. The mission also supports a missionary outreach in India, spreading Christianity to the multitude in that nation.
Mission Galveston is a 501c3 charity and receives donations from various churches, organizations and private donors and companies that believe that Christ based ministries like Mission Galveston provide an important means in spreading the Gospel.
We welcome you to come and visit during one of our 1st Saturdays each month and see for yourself how the mission has an effect in our community. If you want to assist with the distribution, volunteers need to arrive at 8:30am. If you have any questions, feel free to give me a call.
